If you participate, it means:
- That for a period of 6 days, you receive a daily yoga exercise;
- You will receive these yoga exercises in the form of 6 short videos;
- With explanation and background information;
- Each lesson consists of a short exercise of approximately 5 to 15 minutes;
- You do simple exercises that relax the spine while sitting on a chair;
- You also learn which movements your spine can make;
- You learn which common habitual postures are bad for your back (and can lead to complaints);
- You learn the difference between corset muscles and posture muscles.
