If you participate, it means:

  • That for a period of 6 days, you receive a daily yoga exercise;
  • You will receive these yoga exercises in the form of 6 short videos;
  • With explanation and background information;
  • Each lesson consists of a short exercise of approximately 5 to 15 minutes;
  • You do simple exercises that relax the spine while sitting on a chair;
  • You also learn which movements your spine can make;
  • You learn which common habitual postures are bad for your back (and can lead to complaints);
  • You learn the difference between corset muscles and posture muscles.
  • You can also find online support in our private Facebook group.
